But it was well worth it because I am now licensed in ZumbAtomic (childrens), Zumba Gold (active older adults/over 50s) and Zumba Toning (with lightweight toning sticks). Classes coming soon!
Zumba Gold starts on Wednesday 5th October at St. Aidans Church, Benton. 11am-12pm. £3. Woohoo!
